Consumer Protection
Enactment of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 is one of the major positive moves by the Union Government in adhering towards the protection of rights and interest of consumers, and preventing of consumer exploitation against unfair trade practices of traders.
Under the Act are constituted District Redressal Forum, State Commissions and National Commissions. Compliant can be filed at either of the jurisdiction, depending upon the valuation of the claim made by the complainant.
We practice consumer law and appear before the District Redressal forums, State Commission, and National Commission.
