Contract
Contracts are not new, but it is most important that while entering into any kind of contract/agreement the understanding be precise and reflect the true and only intention of the parties, without leaving any room for dispute, ambiguity or uncertainty. A precisely written contract avoids majority of dispute and differences and keeps the relations ongoing and steady. This is where we come into picture. While drafting / reviewing the contract, we always ascertain the underlying interest of the client and try to visualize the probably issues of dispute that might arise between the parties at further of point. This gives us a clear scenario while drafting / reviewing the contract, which enables us to write a precise contract imitating the real intention of the parties, avoiding all ambiguities and uncertainties and to large extend probable cause of litigations. Besides contract drafting/reviewing, we largely represent in litigations on contract.
