A trust is a right in property, which is held in a fiduciary relationship by one party for the benefit of another. The properties of trust are kept in custody of the trustees who act in good fait and loyalty towards the proper administration of trust in adhering towards the object of the trust. A trust is formed by a settler, for benefit of a person or a group of person, which may also include himself.
